Joy works across public diplomacy, cultural projects, and global business, with a focus on connecting Africa and Asia. She has led large-scale cultural initiatives, including festivals and fashion shows involving diplomats, creatives, and entrepreneurs. Alongside this, she manages influencer and UGC marketing for TikTok Shop in both the U.S. and Korean markets.
