Founder's Story:
When I first moved to Korea, I had exciting career opportunities, but no real community to help me navigate building a life here. While the city was vibrant and full of possibility, many spaces felt transactional or surface-level. I was looking for depth, trust, and women who understood both ambition and the need for genuine connection.

Matcha & Olive grew out of that need. It’s a space where practical support meets thoughtful connection, and where women can grow without having to do everything alone.
Inspired by the calm ritual of matcha and the quiet strength of olive, the community
reflects the balance we’re creating for women building meaningful lives in Korea.
